We had an incredible customer support experience with Aurate. There was an issue with our bracelet that probably happened in transit but they were quick to offer a replacement and even suggested making one from scratch if they didn't have it in stock. Excellent support and we love the finished product.

The marquis design is eye catching and different than your typical tennis bracelet. The clasp is very secure and the bracelet feels very sturdy.
